CLI Tasks: What Every Operator Should Know

CLI is designed to verify real world call delivery across the network.

. You don't need to answer the call

• Missing a call doesn't automatically mean missing the task

• CLI works on iOS even when PoW connectivity appears offline

• An active SIM card is the key requirement

• Always report the number exactly as you see it

CLI tasks include a reporting window, giving you time to submit your report after the call event.

Just report the number exactly as it appeared on your device.

If the number displayed on your device looks unusual or different from what you expected, that's okay.

Your job isn't to guess what the number should have been.

Your job is simply to report what you actually received.

Accurate reporting helps verify carrier routes, identify inconsistencies, and improve network visibility across real-world telecom infrastructure.

The goal is to help verify carrier connectivity and network performance using real devices and real mobile networks.

If you're participating in CLI tasks, take a moment to review the guidelines and make sure your device, SIM, and license are ready.

The better operators understand CLI, the more effective the network becomes
